Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our plant in Pompano, FL. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Ready Mix Concrete and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Prior experience in Ready Mix Concrete for at least 5 years
- ACI Level I Field Testing Technician certification
- FDOT Concrete Batch Plant Operator certification
- Excellent math and computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
