Job Description
The QC Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality of products by testing and monitoring processes, reporting results, and making adjustments as necessary. The position requires strong communication skills, a background in chemistry or a related field, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements
- Sample gathering of materials at different process stages
- Testing of materials according to laboratory procedures and standards
- Report results and make adjustments to process according to Titan Quality guidelines
- Monitor, maintain and operate lab equipment to ensure accurate results in testing
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem solving on quality issues
- Measure compliance and quality standards by completing data analysis and reporting
- Work in an industrial environment (frequent trips to the industrial field for sampling and process review)
- Carry maximum of 25 lb. for short distances
