Job Description
Titan Wealth, a fast-growing wealth management business, is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head its Financial Adviser Academy. This fixed-term (6-month) role, with potential for permanence, involves overseeing the training and development of financial advisers and paraplanners across UK offices, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional client service. The Academy aims to attract and develop individuals pursuing careers as financial planners.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred (but not essential) Level 4 RQF Diploma in Financial Planning
