TixTrack is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Three or more years of proven experience in an operation, administrative, or business support role
- Prior experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex schedules while maintaining professional business relationships
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new or updated software
