Job Description
TKDA is seeking a Professional Mechanical Engineer to join their Facilities Engineering team. The role involves extensive experience in modeling and designing HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems for industrial and commercial facilities. The engineer will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team, perform energy modeling, and participate in project development, client presentations, and site inspections. Hybrid work environment with in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of seven years of progressive design experience of mechanical systems
- Registered as a Professional Engineer
- Prior energy modeling of mechanical HVAC systems
- Previous experience responding to Requests for Proposals
- Ability to travel up to 10%
