Job Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking a Program Manager Senior to join their IT Human Capital Management Team. This role focuses on workforce planning, performance management, and human capital strategies, with a strong emphasis on utilizing Army and Navy personnel programs within the Department of Defense. The position requires expertise in human capital management practices and a commitment to process improvement.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of manpower, performance management, workforce planning, and human capital management principles and practices.
- Required understanding of Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel and manpower programs, including relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective interpersonal abilities.
