Job Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Information Technology Operations Division and provide cybersecurity support for the Navy's Intranet and Business Systems. This role involves developing and executing cybersecurity programs, validating A&A artifacts, implementing security postures, and ensuring cyber policies are followed. A key part of the position involves leading a team and providing cybersecurity guidance.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the Cybersecurity Program in compliance with DoD regulations.
- Oversee the A&A process and RMF services for cybersecurity operations.
- Establish and review cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Conduct reviews of A&A artifacts and perform A&A validation.
- Implement and maintain security postures across all IT systems.
- Act as the primary interface with customers.
- Lead a team and provide guidance and mentorship in information technology and cybersecurity.
- Ensure effective coordination and sustainment of labs under RMF guidelines.
