Job Description
TM Associates is a family-owned business seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to maintain electrical and mechanical systems in residential buildings. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the building environment. Supervised by a Site Manager, the Maintenance Person will coordinate activities and provide instruction.
Requirements
- Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in buildings.
- Perform necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Perform inspections and reports.
- Provide housekeeping and cleanliness services.
