Drift Santa Barbara is a 45-room boutique hotel on State Street built for the curious, the creative, and the ones who appreciate good design as much as good service. We're looking for Front Desk Agents who bring warmth, curiosity, and a guest-first mindset to every interaction.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
• A genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
• Team-player energy with the ability to collaborate across departments
