We are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for one of our in-house restaurants in Erlangen. The role involves operational and organizational management of the gastronomy business, leadership, staff planning and development, warranty management, and HACCP documentation.
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef/kitchen assistant and several years of experience in the gastronomy industry.
- Leadership experience in a similar position.
- Business knowledge and administrative skills.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen and service processes.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in contact with business partners, guests, and employees.
