Your mission
You advise leading companies on organizational change processes.
Together with our clients, you design new, sustainable organizational forms.
You develop agile methods and tools.
You develop your own ideas and consulting products in a team of experts and thus contribute to your personal development and also to the growth of TME.
You enjoy working with people and New Work.
Your profile
At least 3 years of experience in managing change and transformation processes
A good understanding of contexts and structures in change management
Ideally experience with agile organizations and with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
A strong hands-on mentality, initiative and willingness to travel (inter-) nationally
Profound knowledge of MS-Office, very good communication and presentation skills as well as business fluent language skills in German and English
