Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager position at ID, a Company of Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCF), provides hands-on experience running a physical store while supporting customers with financial needs. Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
- At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
