The Sr. Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations within the organization's Oracle ERP system. This role supports financial integrity by maintaining compliance with internal controls, identifying process improvements, and ensuring that all AP transactions are recorded and reported accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
- Experience working with Oracle ERP preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and solutions oriented mindset
- Able to demonstrate high level of integrity and confidentiality
