The Relationship Manager, Trust develops solid, long-term professional relationships with clients and prospects. They will identify, and refer new business opportunities to the Head of Client Management and will follow-up with existing customers in an effort to improve service and customer value.
Requirements
- Excellent communication in French and in English required
- Completion of Canadian Securities and similar courses is helpful, but not crucial
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the financial industry or transfer agent experience is helpful, but not essential
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Word), Google, Database Management and other desktop applications
