Job Description
TNTP seeks a Part-time Director, Leadership Development for our Colorado Team. This position is based in the Denver Metro Area and is available immediately. As a Part-time Director, Leadership Development, you will manage teams and partner with clients on a portfolio of academic, talent, teacher and leader development and/or community engagement projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a school principal
- Proven track record of raising student achievement
- Experience coaching and facilitating professional development for school leaders and teachers
- Immediate understanding of what effective teaching looks like
- Strong familiarity and experience with the Colorado Standards
- Ability to track and analyze performance data
- Ability to communicate compelling feedback
- Comfort tackling sensitive issues and modeling crucial conversations
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
