Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities & Estates Operative to maintain and improve outdoor environments across our estates in Calderdale, focusing on ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe, and well presented for residents.
Requirements
- Full manual UK driving license
- Practical experience of working in a Cleaning & Caretaking service
- Practical knowledge of and ability to operate Cleaning and Waste equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act and specific site safety
- Excellent customer service skills
