Job Description
Together Housing Group is seeking a Plumber to deliver repairs in West Yorkshire. The role involves a customer-service approach to maintaining tenanted and vacant properties, adhering to regulations and quality standards. The position is part of the repairs team and offers overtime.
Requirements
- Full UK Manual driving licence
- Relevant Plumbing certification: City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Plumbing or equivalent (NVQ Level 2)
- Competent experience in all areas typically required of a qualified Plumber and related building disciplines
- Proven experience in a customer service setting
- Experience in optimising the number of repairs finished and ensuring multiple repairs are completed in a single visit
- Understanding of safety procedures and resources
