Requirements
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of technical and non-technical roles across corporate, go-to-market, and operational teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define search strategy, clarify success criteria, and ensure a structured, efficient interview process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, market engagement, and modern recruiting tools.
- Use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SparkHire to drive consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Translate data and recruiting metrics into actionable insights that improve time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Employer Brand, and Business Unit leaders on process enhancements, tools, and talent initiatives.
- Engage in structured onboarding and leverage feedback early to build confidence, capability, and alignment.
