Investor Relations Manager - Crypto Firm

The company is a leading provider of institutional crypto financial services and solutions. The Investor Relations Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy, build relationships with investors, and support capital raising initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administrations, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in investor relations or sell-side roles
• Strong focus on capital markets, equity research, and corporate finance
• Prior experience with primary market capital raising and a deep understanding of the fundraising lifecycle
• Experience working within a publicly listed company (ListCo) environment or a strong understanding of its disclosure standards and reporting cadence
• Proven track record in managing client relationships, conducting financial analysis, and presenting investment opportunities to institutional investors
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with English and Chinese
• Demonstrating an understanding of cryptocurrency will be a PLUS
• Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
