Job Description
The hiring company is a Hong Kong virtual asset trading platform applicant seeking a Senior Compliance Manager / Compliance Manager to assist in updating AML/compliance policies and procedures and perform compliance control and monitoring programs.
Requirements
- University graduates in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant fields
- Sound knowledge in SFO, SFC VATP Guidelines, SFC AML/CTF Guidelines and other relevant codes and regulations
- 4+ years of relevant experience in compliance or audit
- Strong interest in blockchain industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team-player who is self-motivated, independent, meticulous, analytical and responsible
- Willing and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and assume responsibilities with a result-driven attitude
- Industry recognized financial crime/AML qualification preferred (e.g. ACAMS/ICA)
- Previous experience in dealing with regulators (e.g. SFC/HKMA) and/or external professional service providers (e.g. lawyers/consultants) is an advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, and Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
