Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel will assist businesses in navigating cryptocurrency regulations, reviewing and drafting contracts, and handling intellectual property and dispute issues related to blockchain and crypto. The role requires a strong legal background, experience in fintech, and proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Requirements
- Bachelors and Masters degree(s) in Law or Juris Doctor degree
- At least 7 years of work experience after qualification with international financial institutions, reputable law firms and/or regulators
- Prior in-house work experience in fintech, blockchain and virtual asset industry as well as top-tier Chinese companies
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
