Job Description
As a Spot Trader, you will be responsible for identifying, executing, and managing directional trading opportunities across major digital asset markets. You will leverage market intuition, macro awareness, and technical insights to generate consistent trading revenues while managing risk effectively.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Proven track record of generating consistent profits (PnL >$2m for more than 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, particularly spot pricing, volatility, and risk management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
