Australia Applied AI Solution Engineer

This role is for Applied AI Solution Engineers working in a small, client-facing team. Engineers will build and deploy AI applications, including agents around Large Language Models. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development skills with client consultation, technical leadership, and collaboration. The role is crucial in transforming businesses with AI and requires adaptability, communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing production-grade solutions involving: building microservices, data technologies (Python, SQL), large language models (openai API), solution design, and analytical problem-solving.
• Comfortable being client-facing and capable of effective communication.
• Understanding of business processes and how AI solutions can be used to improve efficiency.
• Adaptable and self-sufficient, willing to work independently.
• Passionate about AI technology and driving transformative change.
• Awareness of ethical considerations in AI.
