Head of Group Accounting (all genders)

tonies is a globally leading interactive audio platform for children. As the Head of Group Accounting, you will lead the preparation of our consolidated financial statements and act as a strategic partner to finance teams across the group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, etc.) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management
• 5 years in a leading position in Group Accounting within a multinational organization
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP Germany and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience with financial consolidation, reporting, and external audit management
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Experience in BIG4+ is a plus
