Too Sweet Cakes is seeking a highly motivated Cake Decorator to join their team. The role involves decorating cakes, preparing components, ensuring quality, leading a team, and maintaining a clean work space. This is a full-time, 6 AM - 2:30 PM, 5-day-a-week position requiring leadership experience and a passion for pastry arts.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of cake decorating experience
• 1-2 years of management or team-leading experience
• Strong understanding of pastry methods
• OHA Food Handler’s Certificate
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Meticulous and precise attention to detail
• Passion for pastry arts
• Flexibility to work weekends
