Morning Baker

Too Sweet Cakes is seeking a passionate and skilled Production Baker to join their growing team. This role involves executing daily and weekly wholesale account orders, utilizing baking expertise and following production procedures. The position emphasizes high-quality baked goods and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of baking or pastry experience (preferred)
• Understanding of pastry methods and industry standards
• OHA Food Handlers Certificate required
• Strong interest in high-quality baked goods and the food industry
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work early morning shifts (4 AM to 12 PM)
