Senior Accountant

Join our growing team in Germany as a Senior Accountant, managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and collaborating with company leadership to drive financial planning and process improvements.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in both German and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Big Four public accounting experience is required
• At least 3~5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology startup or international environment
• Direct experience with inventory accounting is required
• Strong understanding of German GAAP and/or IFRS
• Experience using accounting systems such as SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP software
• CPA or Wirtschaftsprüfer (WP) qualification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and take initiative
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team environment
