As a Senior Product Manager, Growth Lifecycle at Tools for Humanity, you will own the full user journey; from acquisition and onboarding through activation, retention, and long-term engagement. This is a critical, high-impact role at the heart of World’s growth and scale, driving the most strategically important parts of our user experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Proven track record driving growth across activation, retention, and engagement funnels
- Experience in Performance Marketing, SEO
- Highly data-driven, comfortable digging into metrics, collaborating with analysts and data scientists, and making evidence-based decisions
- Ability to define the vision for lifecycle growth while ensuring measurable progress toward key outcomes
- Bias towards action, high sense of urgency, and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done
