Job Description
We are looking for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to lead the development and roadmap of a critical component of our Protocol, enabling privacy at scale. You will contribute to cutting-edge advancements in blockchain and cryptography, drive feature development, and participate in rigorous code reviews. You will work closely with experts across domains to execute on key product and company-wide initiatives while championing engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Rust
- Strong technical depth in areas like distributed systems, applied mathematics, protocols, or blockchain
- Fluency in systems-level programming (ideally in Rust) and comfortable working across a modern stack that includes smart contracts and web technologies
