Job Description
Manage and execute the company's financial and accounting management, ensuring regulatory compliance, accounting record integrity, and timely financial statement preparation. Additionally, lead budget planning, financial and profitability analysis, providing reliable and strategic information to facilitate General Management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting
- CPA (Authorized Public Accountant) - a mandatory requirement
- Master's degree in Finance, Administration, or related fields (desirable)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar leadership or financial and accounting coordination positions
- Desirable experience in the retail sector
- Proven experience in: Account closures and financial statement preparation. External audits and tax compliance. Financial analysis and budget structuring. Project profitability evaluation. Relationship and management with banking entities.
