Workday Compensation Consultant

TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm providing fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand support. We're looking for a Workday Compensation Consultant to implement Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation technology solutions into clients' business environments.

Requirements

• Workday Compensation Certification
• Workday Advanced Compensation Certification
• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configurations for customers of all sizes
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to travel 25-45%
