Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant I

We are looking for a Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant I who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success. TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (required)
• 1+ years experience running or processing payroll (preferred)
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (preferred)
• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
