Job Description
This senior Clinical Research Coordinator role in a new research architecture will coordinate research in an interdisciplinary environment, supporting partner healthcare groups. The role requires a high level of experience, independence, and a commitment to data quality, patient experience, and protocol adherence. Success will be evaluated on provider performance, patient experience, and adherence to the plan.
Requirements
- Conduct patient recruitment and enrollment.
- Coordinate study visits and ensure protocol adherence.
- Lead data entry and documentation.
- Monitor study start-ups and close-outs.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and guidelines.
- Train and mentor research staff.
- Data quality and compliance monitoring.
