Job Description
Toptal is seeking a CEO of Professional Services to drive growth and operational excellence for the company. This role involves building and leading professional services teams, establishing operational frameworks, and ensuring consistent execution across all service lines. The CEO will be a builder focused on solving problems and building scalable processes, not a traditional consultant or operational leader.
Requirements
- Build and own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for Toptal’s services function.
- Define the organizational structure and leadership model for the Services teams.
- Translate business and operational goals into detailed operational roadmaps.
