Job Description
Toptal is seeking a VP, AI Practice Lead to define and execute AI strategy for their US-based Technology Services offerings. This role involves developing and scaling AI/ML practices, leading key teams, and securing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML and a proven track record in commercialization and productization. Remote work is required, with an in-market residency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in Technology Services and/or Product
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML
- Strong expertise in machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and AI governance
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML Ops tools
- Proven track record of leading AI commercialization and productization efforts
- P&L ownership experience in a technology services context
- Industry experience in marketing, finance, healthcare, or e-commerce
- Strong ability to bridge technical and business conversations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
