Job Description
TopView Sightseeing is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily sightseeing tour activities in New York City. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating staff and fleet operations, ensuring customer service and safety, analyzing performance, and resolving on-site issues. The company offers hop-on hop-off bus tours, boat cruises, and sightseeing packages.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with NYC geography and tourism industry is a plus
- Flexible schedule - mandatory weekends and holidays
- Ability to commute to our office next to Bryant Park
