Job Description
Tea Around Town is seeking a highly motivated Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operational success of Tea Around Town across Texas, Georgia, and other states. This role involves driving efficiency, managing multi-location operations, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. It's a pivotal position requiring strategic thinking and a proven track record of optimizing operations.
Requirements
- Oversee and elevate the entire Tea Around Town experience across 5-6 markets.
- Drive financial performance, analyze reports, manage budgets, and achieve cost efficiency goals.
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage operational staff.
- Develop and streamline procedures for rapid product scalability.
- Manage inventory and mitigate operational risks.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
