Job Description
TopView Sightseeing is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage the recruitment and onboarding of bus drivers, in addition to other hourly roles within their umbrella brands. The company is fast-growing, dynamic, and offers a supportive workplace with opportunities for career development. The role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, identifying and implementing efficient recruiting methods, and creating detailed job descriptions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and implement recruitment strategies
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment
- Highly organized and methodical
- At least two years of previous recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting CDL Drivers preferred
- Experience recruiting CDL Motor Coach / School Bus Drivers highly preferred
- Understanding of 19A Certification (helpful)
- Experience recruiting hourly employees
- At-will ability to work in-office (M-F)
