Requirements

• Handle phone calls and emails for all locations
• Assist customers with bookings and sales
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services
• Perform various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Greet and assist all office visitors in line with company standards
• Maintain organized records and a clean reception area
• Support the Customer Service Assistant Manager with additional administrative duties
