Job Description
Tea Around Town, a unique tea room experience on a double decker bus, seeks a supervisor to coordinate daily schedules, ensure staff coverage, and provide a 'WOW' experience for customers.
Requirements
- 1 year previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to consistently work weekends (every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- General Flexibility to work 9 hours 8am-9:30pm
