Job Description
Torex Gold is a leading gold producer seeking a Superintendent for their Human Resources department in Mexico. The role focuses on ensuring effective execution of the CEO's People Systems within the Mexican operations. They emphasize innovation, value creation, and community engagement, looking for opportunities for diversification.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in administration of recruitment, compensation, and major medical expenses.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office 365 software.
- Experience in the mining industry.
- Ability to implement human resources management systems.
- Knowledge of LSS (Labor Code) and LFT (Labor Federal Code).
- Experience with budgeting and control of personnel.
- Experience with remote locations & LSS.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to train and improve a support team
- Good numbers skills and analytical skills.
- Good attendance and adaptability to a 14/8 rotation.
