Support Supervisor

We are seeking a Support Supervisor to join our team at Tory Burch. The ideal candidate is a flexible individual who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and has experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment. The role involves leading by example, managing conflict, and identifying opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Stock-related experience a plus
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
