Job Description
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of client-facing software programs. The role involves driving alignment across customer needs, product priorities, and technical delivery, focusing on projects that range from 10-30%. The STPgM will be responsible for stabilizing at-risk programs, restoring confidence, and ensuring measurable value is delivered. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of program/project management experience
- 12+ years leading client-facing software delivery
- Proven background in retail tech, POS, SaaS, or large enterprise software
- Experience with DORA metrics and DevOps practices
- PMP certification
