The job involves working on Charisma ERP projects in the Retail, Distribution & Pharma sectors and providing consultancy to TotalSoft customers on finance & accounting and related processes in ERP.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance & accounting system and process management
- Solid accounting experience, including preparation of tax declarations and financial statements up to balance sheet level
- Customer-oriented with excellent planning and communication skills (English is a must)
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Strong knowledge of production/manufacturing business processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and results-driven attitude
- Influential, with strong negotiation skills
- ERP product and/or technical knowledge
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
