We are looking for a talented Experienced Recruiter focused on IT and Business roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our employment brand, designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and owning the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
Requirements
- 2 years + of proven experience in Recruitment
- Good understanding of talent pools in IT/Technology sector with focus on SQL,.Net, React, Angular, JNode etc as well as in Business sector in Finance/Banking, Retail, FMCG, Pharma etc.
- Effective communicator
- English - Advanced Level
- Experience in working with modern ATS (we use currently Jazz HR)
