The Content Loader is a pivotal member of the digital team, responsible for the day-to-day publishing operations across enterprise-grade CMS and LMS platforms. The role involves supporting the end-to-end rollout, testing, and maintenance of content enhancements and online training modules, as well as overseeing specific workstreams and conducting rigorous testing to guarantee flawless implementation.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications with a digital focus.
- Direct digital management experience on medium to large scale projects.
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience working within enterprise-grade CMS and LMS platforms.
- Strong digital and mobile marketing environment experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, listen well, and contribute to open, respectful dialogue.
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor and agency management
- Attention to detail and accountability for delivering high-quality work and following through on commitments.
- Working knowledge of visual design, typography principles and brand architectures.
- Foundational experience with creating presentations, including an ability to tailor content to differing audiences.
- User-centric design methodologies.
- Experience with workflow management tools.
- Ability of understanding of translating processes and working with content in languages other than English.
- Proven background or understanding of agile methodologies.
