Job Description
Tourism Australia is seeking a dynamic Cloud Platform Specialist to join the Technology team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical stewardship and continuous enhancement of our core internal productivity platforms, including Microsoft D365 CRM.
Requirements
- Degree in Computing Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience with the IT industry
- Experience in Microsoft CRM, Power Platform Admin, and Configuration
- Experience delivering projects through a project management framework
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to lead and drive outcomes autonomously
- Comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis skills
- Ability to manage time, priorities and communication with stakeholders
- Experience in vendor relationship and performance management
- Proficient in resolving complex technical issues and assisting junior staff
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours as part of a multinational organisation
