French HR Generalist (f/m/x)

Tourlane is seeking a French HR Generalist to drive people initiatives and cultivate an engaged, inclusive culture across the French teams. This role involves partnering with the Country Lead France, developing localized HR strategies, building a strong employer brand, and providing legal and operational advice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, growth, and creating exceptional employee experiences in an international environment.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in French labor law (payroll, contract management, and CSE relations).
• Proficient in French with C1+ and English with B2+.
• Experience working remotely with a proactive communication style.
• Ability to facilitate team events and handle travel.
