Business Operations Manager

Moab is building a modern software platform for equipment dealers & rental businesses. We're a small team of energetic individuals who value team members who can think clearly & creatively about the big picture. We seek a Business Operations Manager to help manage end-to-end processes and solve key cross-functional roadblocks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, and private equity or 2+ years of experience in business operations, growth operations, or strategic finance at a B2B startup or tech company
• High execution bar and ability to see projects through from conception to completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate across teams and bridge different parts of the organization
• SQL experience is not required but the candidate will be expected to learn SQL on the job
