The Assistant Administrative Director-Clinical Education will provide vision and leadership to the Clinical Education staff, promote and support staff development and student clinical placements, and work with the Administrative Director of Clinical Education to ensure day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 3-5 years related work experience, preferably in an academic environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication and management skills
- Ability to understand, assess and use professional judgment
- Knowledge in information technology and instructional technology systems
- Ability to set priorities, project timelines and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of software and databases
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact on a professional level with administration, faculty, students, personnel and the public at large
